• Designed and fabricated a sheet metal cookie cutter bending tool, then used it to bend metal strips into custom cookie cutter shapes based on bend allowance and spring back to achieve accurate final dimensions
• Designed a two-part injection molded device with friction weld features and created mold cavities in CAD and ran plastic flow simulations in SolidWorks to identify and fix issues like weld lines and air traps
• Designed and investment casted a bronze ring, learning the full process from wax pattern to final casting
